I just finished up an editorial submission focusing on Chihuahuas. This was an especially fun submission since it was a great excuse to use my mother’s two adorable pups and Mandy’s dog Plankton who has attitude to spare. Of course, Nikon was there to help too…sort of.

Our fist session was at the clinic, taking advantage of my husband’s willingness to pose and take direction (not always entirely enthusiastic, but certainly cooperative. For that, I thank him).

This submission was a great excuse to spend time at my parents house, swimming in the pool and enjoying their company and a beautiful Florida day.

Venus loves playing swimming and playing fetch. Two great things that go great togehter!
After playing outside in the pool, we dried off and headed in for some more R and R.
Thena is hoping I'll actually give her the treat I just offered her.
Nikon is hoping Venus will play with him but she was exhausted.
Of course, our new addition, “Comet” came along too.
