Procrastination At It’s Best!

Some weekends are slated for play and some for work.  This weekend was booked solid  with work.  A magazine photo submission due on Monday and an article to write, that also needs photos, that’s due on the first,  left no room for play.  I made room anyway.  There are just some weekends where the need...

Simon - I’m really glad you skipped work, lovely shots, amazing that you can see so much exotic wildlife nearby.March 28, 2011 – 3:02 am

LME - Thanks Simon! I really am fortunate. I live in the most densely populated county in the state but a relatively short drive still takes me to places like the Hillsboro River where I can experience the beautiful scenery and amazing wildlife. It amazes me this portion of the river has been (mostly) spared (for now) considering the surrounding and approaching development.March 28, 2011 – 2:11 pm

Nikki’s Story

Meet Nikki, an adorable youngster who managed to escape a horrific fate and landed in a doggy dream home.  Back in January, police responded to a call about a puppy who appeared to need urgent medical attention.  What they found was a puppy with ears rotting and hanging from her head.  Rubberbands had been used,...

Gina - Your photos are just beautiful! You really show the innocent soul that resides in Nikki so clearly in your art. Dr. B should get a framed copy of your photo w/Nikki. She’s a true hero for the work she does for animals.

Wonderful photography!!!!!!!March 16, 2011 – 9:38 pm

Tony Traub - I am an animal lover ( especially dogs ) and I would like to know ways to help change the penalties for animal abuse. Is there someplace I can write and / or

Any suggestions you have would be helpful.
Thank you, Tony Traub.November 14, 2011 – 4:40 pm

LME - Tony, You should write your elected officials, both local and state, and get involved with your local animal welfare groups.November 15, 2011 – 9:54 am

Zori Needs a Home!

I spent a little time with Zori after a regular portrait session last night.  She’s is staying at Pinellas Animal Hospital, awaiting the perfect home.  I must admit, I was a little skeptical when it came to Zori.  At first glance, she seemed a bit wild and nutty.  However, after a few minutes of play...
